  • PHP, SQL, Jquery, Twig, Strong knowledge of BASH scripting and Linux Command Line interface

The position provides support to the sales team on a daily basis and management as needed.  This position is responsible for performing clerical duties including reporting, assisting with sales proposals and agreements, and carrying out administrative tasks as requested. 

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Work as point of contact for sales team members
  • Assist sales team members with calendars, setting up appointments, and management requests
  • Maintain sales documents, records, customer database, and sales orders using the provided software tools
  • Maintain and update monthly/quarterly sales reports and other reporting as requested
  • Coordinate between sales and other departments
  • Work closely with potential customers and existing customers to determine their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with services and product features
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service (internal and external)
  • Actively seek out customers
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Qualifications / Required Knowledge

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Support, or Administrative Assistant
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator (internal and external)
  • Hands on experience working with CRM software, ticketing software and MS Office

The position requires a creative flair and strong ability to translate requirements into design.  Work involves the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.  Need an understanding of websites (layout, design and content), digital ad design, photography and video. 

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to present content in dynamic and compelling ways to maximize engagement and consumption by target audience
  • Write content for many different audiences for several industries (including -but not limited to Healthcare, Law Firms, Restaurant, etc.) 
  • Coordinate day-to-day digital marketing activities (Social Media, Digital Advertising, Email Marketing, etc.)
  • Conduct research to determine the best strategies for reaching the client’s target audience
  • Support the development of search engine optimization strategy and implements tactics to increase website page rankings and leading search engines
  • Keep pace with social media and digital marketing trends and developments
  • Works within a team environment to address the creative, strategy, and insight needs of a project
  • Works with variety of environments including WordPress, Drupal, and social media platforms, Adobe, Microsoft Office

The Web Services Specialist is responsible for Web Maintenance oversight and the management of Web Development projects and the completion of tasks related to Web Development, SEO, and WCAG Compliance. Monitoring web trends, then using that research to determine how to adjust internal processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of services for our client’s success.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Manage web service requests, complete and/or work with programmer to complete, communicate with clients on status of requests
  • Assist Web Development Manager with and manage own web development projects (WordPress and Drupal) through all phases from creation to launch
  • HTML, CSS and Javascript to assist in the design of websites
  • Coordinate and manage necessary tasks and access with outsourced programmers
  • Maintain and Manage WCAG Accessibility Standards on all applicable websites coordinating with programmer(s) when necessary
  • Work with SEO team to maintain and manage SEO technical fixes on designated websites
  • Create and/or coordinate the creation of new SEO content, blog posts, etc.
  • Assist with the troubleshooting web challenges related to WordPress and Drupal
  • Research and implement web design and SEO best practices
